We charge a percentage of the money successfully recovered on your behalf. The exact percentage will be clearly outlined in your Authority to Act form, so there are no surprises along the way.
We also use a sliding scale, which means the larger the amount recovered, the lower the percentage fee may be.
The best part? You don’t pay us anything upfront.
At no stage during the claims process do you need to send us money out of your own pocket. Our fee is only deducted once the government releases the recovered funds and your claim has been successfully approved.
That means if we don’t recover your money, we don’t get paid. Simple as that.
